Offering a refreshingly unfussy fine dining experience, The Stove is set to become North Norfolk’s new centre of culinary excellence under Executive Chef Nik Hare.

You won’t find starchy white tablecloths or a stuffy maître d’ here, just an exceptional menu that reflects our fondness for foraging and cooking with charcoal and wood. With renowned head chef Nik Hare at the helm, who trained in France but champions modern British food, The Stove promises a North Norfolk dining experience of both pedigree and panache. We’re salivating at the thought.

Like Stanley’s downstairs, The Stove exudes atmosphere, an inviting blend of oak, copper and exposed original beams, but with a crisp, contemporary edge. It’s the perfect canvas for the food itself – earthy, authentic but always with a clean, fresh taste, letting the scrupulously sourced ingredients do the talking.
