Here’s what we’re planning for your three-night Christmas escape:

Christmas Eve

Step through the doors and we’ll hand you a warm glass of mulled wine – the kind that tastes like Christmas. Get settled, have a wander, then join us for dinner. Our chefs are currently putting the finishing touches on our festive dishes and we will be in touch nearer the time to find out any dietary requirements and share the menus.

While you eat, a local pianist will play Christmas classics – just the right soundtrack for easing into you into the festivities.

Christmas Day

Start with Buck’s Fizz (or something alcohol free and equally celebratory) and a delicious and hearty breakfast celebrating the best of local and seasonal produce to set you up beautifully for the day ahead.

Fancy a film? We’ve curated a lineup of festive films that’ll be playing in The Den. Be sure to swing by the bar for some popcorn before heading over for that blissful post-meal moment when you just want to sink into a sofa.

Come afternoon, we gather everyone in Ivy’s and Stanley’s for the main event: a three course locally sourced Christmas feast. All the trimmings, none of the stress.

Evening brings a relaxed buffet – because by now you want to keep things easy and indulgent – followed by a nightcap on us. It’s Christmas, after all.

Boxing day

Boxing Day deserves a leisurely brunch, ideally with a Spiced Bloody Mary. Fuel up, then get yourself out into Norfolk – the countryside’s waiting and those coastal walks clear heads beautifully.

Come back rosy-cheeked and ready for our Boxing Day buffet. We balance the savoury with the sweet because we understand Christmas appetites work in delightfully mysterious ways.
